Dr. Gorbatov’s office is one of the best in the area — honestly, one of the best I’ve ever been to. He is gentle, professional, and truly cares about his patients’ dental health. He always does his best to preserve natural teeth whenever possible, and the quality of his work is excellent. The office staff is also very friendly, polite, and welcoming. It’s always a pleasure to be a patient there. Highly recommend!

I strongly recommend people to be very careful before choosing this dentist. My experience was extremely disappointing and expensive. I paid almost $5,000 for a dental bridge supported by two crowns, and the work was done incorrectly. The bridge was placed on a tooth that was already almost decayed, which should never have been used to support a bridge. Because of this mistake, the bridge keeps falling out. Now I have to fix the damage, and other dentists told me it could cost around $10,000 to properly correct this problem. What was supposed to help my teeth actually made things worse. The situation became even worse when the dentist tried to push me into doing another treatment a root canal for almost $7,000, which seemed extremely overpriced. When I refused, his attitude changed completely. He raised his voice and spoke to me very rudely, and the staff also started treating me poorly. A dentist should care about patients and do quality work, but unfortunately that was not my experience here. I left the office feeling upset, disappointed, and with a serious dental problem that I now have to fix somewhere else. Patients deserve honest treatment, reasonable prices, and professi

The way they manage pricing through insurance honestly smells like fraud. When I came for a consultation, I was quoted ~$3,500 for a crown, which is already twice as high as most good, established clinics. The lady at the front desk, who is the receptionist and apparently also the one in charge of billing, didn’t offer to provide any quote through insurance. A couple of weeks later, I called again and asked for a quote using my Delta PPO. The same lady who gave me the $3.5k price on the day of my visit promised to call me back within an hour, but instead called the next day. What she started telling me sounded completely ridiculous, as if she was practicing some kind of insurance fraud. First, she told me that Delta Dental was under a cyberattack since February, so she could not get the pricing. That sounded absurd. I told her that I had just recently received not only a quote but also a pre-authorization, which took only a few business days. Instantly she became irritated and started asking why I was getting quotes from other places and why I was going to other dentists. I’m not there to explain that it is completely normal for a patient to visit different dental offices befor
